hit gt again this morning.
squat: up to 315, failed at 325.
deadlift: 3x3x315, 1x3x335
pullup: 3x6x45
overhead: 3x5x135 (last couple were sloppy)
overall, pretty poor workout. went home and drowned my sorrows in left over breakfast casserole from this weekend.
pumped about getting in the WOODS this friday.
my hatchet wound is growing, need to get under the bar.
