grinding solo at gt

well, as the grind house has "ground" to a halt lately, i went to georgia tech to get a quick lift in last night.

squat 5x5x275 superset with dumbell row 3x6x85
bench 5x205, 5x215, 3x215 superset with sit ups 3x20

pretty weak but whatever.

workouts have really sucked lately, probably due to lack of sleep and inconsistency.  at least i got some good food this weekend.

pumped about camping on friday.
