This weekend, I will be transitioning out of the Starting Strength program and into something Crossfit-esque. I'm running a Tough Mudder the first weekend of April with some dudes in Ellijay, so I figured I had better start some endurance training or I might die/embarrass myself.
I'll keep you guys posted on what I'm up to on here. I should be installing a pull up bar in the next couple of weeks, which I'm muy excite about. I will also continue to feed my quads/hamstrings a healthy dose of squats/deads. I will be quick to boast of any new PR's along the way.
