Sunday @ OGNGa

Another Crossfit workout. Felt good to get some soreness out but my endurance level is just plain disheartening. Had a good little workout partner today. I'm pretty sure she was sandbaggin' on squats though.

Five rounds for time of:
5 Back squats
10 GHD sit-ups

Craig: 9:59 @ 255# squat
Hannah: 6:04 @ 70# squat, regular sit-ups

  1. Nope, we kinda-sorta did them. We sat on a bench, hung off the edge, and anchored our feet. I'm going to call one of my old high school football coaches this week about some weight lifting equipment. They upgraded the old weight room a year or two ago, and still have some old stuff in storage.
