OG Back in Action, Makin' Bacon Pancakes

tonight i knocked the dust off the ole weights, put my vagina in a drawer, and re-installed my balls in preparation for a long overdue 'horst/james/root grind session.  still took it a bit easy, given the 2.5 week poon hiatus i am returning from

i'll let them post their weights, as i didn't pay any attention to what was going on. i was too distracted by my elevated estrogen count beginning to drop a bit once i finally got back under the bar.

we followed up with beers and late dinner at atkins, very enjoyable.

when i got home, i asked martin, "where do quads come from". he told me, "well, when a mommy quad and a daddy quad love each other very much...."
