Wednesday @ OGNGa

Snuck in a grind at home during lunch yesterday.

Squats 3x5 @ 305# (help on the final 2 reps)
Bench 2x5 @ 205# 1x5 @ 225#
Deads 1x5 @ 325#

I seem to have plateaued at 305 on squats for now. Any suggestions? Roids maybe?

  2. lighten up a bit and switch to ATG squats for a couple weeks.

    and eat two cheeseburgers.

  3. also, change out of your panties and put on boxer briefs prior to lifting.
