v-horse is up in the frozen white north this week, so willy j and i tried our best to honor his quads on sunday afternoon
will:
squat - 3x5x300 with some light spotting on the final set
bench - 3x5x205, 1x3x225
deads - 1x3x345, almost passed out, due to hammies fried from heavy ham engagement thurs. wrapped it up with a 1x5x325
mr. james also went 3x1xShit, mixed throughout the workout. massive la fonda lunch after church was the culprit.

we followed the Jim Wendler's DDS protocol for assistance excercises, and each put down a 1+ pound ribeye for dinner
