Figgurin it out...finally

So after 2 months of trying to post and comment using chrome and failing,  I finally thought, why not try using Explorer? Sounds like a trick my grandma would pull but it works. I will hopefully be more interactive from here on out.

As Alex relayed in his post, we had a pretty epic Tues Grind. Alex and I hadn't lifted in a week but  still felt and lifted stronger. Also important to note: Will makes the fluffiest eggs you could ever imagine and Liss asked me if he was from Australia this morning. Classic.

I did get a little work out climbing the Rockies this weekend though, which left me sore on Sunday and happy we didn't lift until last night. I lugged this 25 LB stud (in the backpack) around for 4 hrs at 10K feet.



So now for the vid that Alex was afraid to show us all but is what is really responsible for his massive gains:

Execute nightly exactly as shown in the video, mornings too if your feeling up to it. No, I have not asked how he found it.

    try to ignore the pretty lady in bed, but those stretches nightly before sleeping have been a big help for releasing my hips and improving my back/posture (tight hip flexors on me drive some hyperlordosis if i don't stretch).

  2. It is, no baby carrier. it worked out well though because it blocked the wind much better.

    I actually was struggling to get to sleeplast night so I jump out and did most of those sretches, slept like a babe.
