picked up some adjustable saw horses from lowe's today to use as safety bars in the grind house. if i had more room, i'd like to build some cheaply from lumber, but since the OG is only 48 square feet, this is a very useable setup. and, 60 bucks is not too much to pay for some peace of mind.
it will be nice to know we can just sit back 'ass to grass' and let the safety stands take the bar if we fail at the very bottom of a rep.
got the idea from here

Dude, I like it! I'm gonna need to implement this at some point. I don't want to put Hannah in an awkward position where she is forced to embarrass me by pulling a bunch of weight off my back.
ReplyDeleteor when she is forced to hunt down both of your knee caps and put them in tupperware for the hospital ride after they're ejected from your body like two clay pigeons at the bottom of a 375lb failed rep.
ReplyDeleteNice. I need to include more pics on my posts. Also, Alex, I hear legends of your size gains. I want to witness your new bulk in person, soon. I may join you guys tomorrow night at OG.
ReplyDeleteit's mainly a result of strategically placed bodyfat. i've figured out how to train my body to accumulate fat stores in key muscle resembling areas.
