Power Weekend

My whole body hurts.

Saturday I did a long workout in the morning:

Squat: 5x5x290lbs
Pullup: 5x5x45lbs weighted
Bench: 3x5x205lbs, then dropped to 2x5x195lbs but needed a spot on the last couple of reps.
Skull Crushers: 3x8x75lbs (mini bar with 25lbs on each side)

Then I played basketball on Saturday afternoon (which resulted in some nice blisters on my foot).

And then Sunday I played about 3 hours of touch football and soccer and could barely move Sunday night.

Getting ripped.
