GT Workout

Quick update from this morning's lift:

Squats: 2x5x265, 3x5x275
Pendlay Rows: 6x3x175
Overhead Press: 1x155 (sort of bounced it up... dunno if it counts), 5x3x135
Pullups: 20

Decent workout.  Definitely feeling like I'm getting back into shape.  Metabolism getting cranked up. 

The dude next to me was box squatting well over 500lbs.  Beast.
