I also worked solo, and missed 'horsts loving admonishment while i lifted weights
squats: 3x5 at 225
press: 3x5 at 125
power clean: warmed up, then had to head out for a pre-scheduled beer with the one and only jon groom (aka juan taco)
225 felt HEAVY on squats, so i doubt i'll be +10 each workout, but hopefully +20 each week
