Hungry

Pretty good workout this morning at GT.  I don't think I ate enough yesterday, but it still went pretty well.

Squat: 5x5x285 (last two sets a guy spotted me a little on the last couple)
Weighted Pullup: 5x5x35 (struggle)
Weighted Leg Raise: 3x15x20lbs (hip flexor work... this helps squat)
Power Barbell Shrugs: 3x10x275

My metabolism is really cranking now... wanted to order two entrees at West Egg...
