the original grindhouse is still bookending the membership with our squats (me at the bottom, 'horst at the top, willy j and gilmer quads in between somewhere). however, the weight range continues to grow

ReplyDeletethanks dude, it's really motivating to see the gains. i'll be interested to see how far i can go on starting strength before stalling and having to switch to some other periodization protocol.
